Summary
JM’s might be Kingston’s best kept secret when it comes to wings. It’s been a group favourite for a while. Great flavour with very strong heat retention.
“The wings have always been good here. This time around though, the breading tasted very soggy which wasn’t nice. The servers dropped the ball on a few things too.”
“JM’s greatest strength is the separate room available for large parties (like us!) that can create a private atmosphere. One of JM’s weakness is apparently the confusion created by moving their Pint And A Pound Deal to every other day.”
“Not too saucy, the medium had a good kick – but I would have liked a little more heat. Mixing medium and hot would be ideal (even though it costs a whole extra dollar!!!) So if you go with a partner/date it would be worth it to get one of each and split it. That way you aren’t dealing with a river of laval later!”
“Excellent wings all around. Well above average size and consistently so with all the wings. A very thick meat. Great tasting sauce, although inconsistent in its application. Note, you may want to spend the dollar more for extra sauce depending if you are like me and like plenty of sauce.”
