The Dead Bird Enthusiasts Society is a group of friends that meet twice a month in search of the best wings in Kingston.
This is a group that knows its wings! Each restaurant is very carefully rated on a number of important factors, including flavour, texture, and heat retention.
The origins of this group are fuzzy at best. What we do know for sure, is that this tradition has been going strong since 2012.
